Cookie Cutters provides franchisees with a customized system that consists of:

Each Cookie Cutters, Haircuts for Kids salon uses this proprietary system and software. The data collected includes all customer information from name and address to email and other marketing specific information if required. The software tracks dates of interest from birthdays to last visits and provides a myriad of reports to assist in sales and marketing at the salon level.
- Cookie Cutters Enterprise System
Each Cookie Cutters, Haircuts for Kids salon has web based access to data including payroll and customer data. Salon operators have access to this information anywhere web access is available. Items can be entered onsite, on the web, or at the home office.

All Cookie Cutters, Haircuts for Kids salons have email accounts on our exchange server.
